This little minisite is going to be for Mage PvP info in World of Warcraft. As my videos, there isn't anything groundbreaking here, but I hope to make this into a page where the average mage can go and get a solid foundation to enjoy PvP in WoW.

I'm going to be making a page for each class you'll face, and show you the capabilities of each of them as well as some general strategies you can try. I'll also be showing you some easy gear you can get as a starter set for your PvP adventures. I'll make a list of useful mods for PvP and link you where you can download them. Finally, I'll list a few solid PvP builds that you can try out.

But first, a self plug (but hopefully a helpful one). Here are the three movies I've made in the I Suck at Dueling series:

I Suck At PvP includes a 12/49 fire/frost spec with some duels, some random AV, and 2v2 arenas.

I Suck At PvP 2 is up now as well!

Making these movies and this site is something I've done for the love of the game and as a creative endeavor. 02/14/08 - DONE!

After ridiculous waiting periods, comp issues, IRL issues, etc etc, I finally finished the damn thing.  It's rendering on the other comp right now, so it should be up on WCM within the next few days when I figure out how to transfer it with only one ethernet cable.

Update:  Currently uploading to WCM, keep an eye out for it in the next few days!

Updated macros a bit to fix the tooltips.

20 minutes done of ISAP2. I plan on finishing it after New Years, but lately life has been... well, busy. Do look for it mid-January though, I swear this time...

9/04/07 - Phew, it's been kinda nuts lately. I've transferred servers! There was a snowballing of transfers on Chromaggus, and I ended up joining them after Saqe convinced me to come to Black Dragonflight. So... here I am.

8/19/07 - Woah, an update! I added a Rogue page under Class Info, since I haven't added any classes lately (make that in months). On another bright note, I have all the clips for ISAP2, now it's just down to the editing (and some more voice samples). Hopefully it'll be out within a few weeks!

Also added the 0/12/49 build to the builds page.


8/05/07 - I have a site? What is this madness? I've been pretty busy lately trying to finish getting the clips I've wanted for I Suck At PvP 2, so I apologize for the complete and total lack of updates for like 3 weeks. Sigh.

On the bright side, click here for a fun little 5 minute video containing clips that didn't quite make the cut but that I still wanted to use somewhere.

7/18/07 - In an effort to get back on track, I've added a Silk vs Dreadweave discussion to the Gear page. Check for the link on the left there. I'll be adding some other PvP gear choice discussion later.

Added a stat reference page to the gear page.

Added a Power Auras tutorial to the Mods page.

7/17/07 - All right, life is back to normal for a bit. I added a Video Tutorial section, so far it only has one (Shatter Combo), next up is going to be using Power Auras most likely. So much for immediate plans. Yay impulse!

7/15/07 - Swamped again, relatives visiting for the next few days. :(

My immediate plans to work on: adding more classes to class info page, adding a Power Auras tutorial, adding a discussion on silk and dreadweave, and... yeah. Maybe a links page to useful sites. That's about all I'll put down for now, as that'll keep me occupied for a bit.

Oh, also a "Making a mage?" section. If I see one more "What race should I be?" post I'll... well, I'll make that section. >.>

7/13/07 - I've been totally swamped in movie stuff for the past few days. I love you guys, but damn that's a lot of tells... q.q

Anyway, the movie got featured in an article on curse here! Check it out.

I'm going to update a few mods right now, there's a much better arena mod that I want to post up. I've also updated all links to the new curse site because it's awesome.

Added weapons (staves, main hands, off hands, and wands) to the gear page. I totally missed this before because I'm stupid.

Season 2 gear has been fixed. To see the changes, check out this picture for a side by side comparison. Also some new unique gems here.

7/10/07 - Yay, got Recommended!

I uploaded my UI to filefront and added some links and barebones instructions to the Mods page (click the Evertras UI link). I really don't know if it works yet. Guinea pi- errr, mages are currently testing it on the forums.

Fixed the Power Auras link to a much more updated one. Thank you Sauceror!

7/07/07 - Best date ever. Also, 25 minutes are done as I type this. Don't expect much in the way of updates on this site until I finish the movie, but then I promise I'll get back to work on it!

7/06/07 - About 11 minutes done of the new movie. Added some very complex but quite nice WE macros on the macros page.

Updated some shaman info and added Quartz to the mods page. Thanks Vacus!

A hunter named Gellidus released I Suck At Hunting, which is basically (in his own words) a hunter version of my dueling movies. He's a nice guy and the movie's pretty well done, check it out if you're curious about hunters.


7/03/07 - Added shaman page with what is hopefully some solid info. Also, for those two of you that still check this page, here's a fun surprise. It's going to be a bit still, but it's in the works... and yes, that's my warlock alt on the left. My alts are back for some hopefully amusing little skits.

Please take a look here if you get a chance. This is a sample clip with heavier editing than I've used in my last movies. Let me know if you like this style better than the minimalist approach I used before, or if you like the new version better! Feel free to leave a comment right on the page there.

Also added a macros page that is incomplete for now, will finish that up later.
